With a true passion for technology and real estate, Jake brings unstoppable energy, creative marketing skills, and savvy business talent to the Mayer Realty Group of Compass. As the Operations Manager for the team, Jake ensures everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes while also assisting clients with their real estate needs. A recent graduate of Bryant University’s intense MBA program, Jake originally joined Mayer Realty Group as an intern to learn the day-to-day operations of a thriving real estate team. He played an integral role in the team’s move to their new, larger location as they outgrew their first office.

Jake’s innate ability to work with technology and adapt to new platforms has made him an invaluable member of the team as he helps drive innovation and efficiency. Originally from Norwell, Jake enjoys spending time with his family, skiing in the mountains during the winter, and boating during the short summer months.
