Working with Melissa and her team (especially Jake!) was an incredible experience. As first-time, out-of-town buyers, my wife and I had no idea what to expect, but Melissa and Jake guided us through every step and made the whole process feel straightforward and even fun. She responded to our first email within an hour and set up a call the next morning. She knew Canton inside and out and helped us put together a great list of homes that matched exactly what we were looking for. Since we were out of town buyers she even visited some houses herself and sent us videos with honest feedback, which helped us narrow things down quickly for when we visited Canton — we ended up finding our dream home on our very first day of showings! During negotiations, Melissa helped us put together a strong offer, and we were able to close on our dream home just 6 weeks after first reaching out. Melissa Mayer helped me through the long process of selling my grandmothers house through her estate. She was truly a blessing during this crazy experience and stayed with it for over a year. She always checked in to see where the process was at, she was helpful in all aspects beyond the sale of the home, she helped me find a trash removal company, found cleaners, someone to mow the lawn, literally everything. Melissa also helped with all the final paperwork, attorney’s, and getting everything prepped for the closing. I can’t recommend her enough! If you ever need anyone to sell or buy your home, Melissa and her team are the people for it!
