Sellers in Canton market reaped tremendous benefits seeing over 8% in sales volume growth. We believe this growth is due to the rush of buyers leaving the city and our local neighbors upsizing from their current homes.

Sellers in Stoughton also saw tremendous growth. Stoughton is a great community offering many affordable options for first time home buyers. The market moved fast with an average day to offer at 23. Strong growth overall with 7% increase over 2019.

Sharon sellers saw smaller growth trends compared to its neighboring towns, but sold more properties and sold them 2 days quicker than the average days to offer in Canton.
