"I’m not sure how I can express or even put into words the first class, extremely personal experience I had selling my childhood home with Melissa Mayer. "I met Melissa two years ago at an open house around the corner from our home. I was impressed with her positive energy and enthusiasm at the time. I let her know that we would be selling our home after I retired and she stayed in touch with us, so when we decided to sell during the pandemic, she was ready. Working with Melissa on selling our house was incredible. She was very responsive, always available for a quick phone call or text and we felt like we were her only client, though I know that we were not. As we worked to get our house ready for market, Melissa had “a guy” for anything that we needed done around the house, (i.e. - plumber, electrician, tree service, landscaper, bathroom refinisher, painter, handyman) and they all showed up on time and for a reasonable price. Melissa knows the real estate market and quickly became a trusted advisor whose opinion I valued.
