Jake McCaughey

With a true passion for technology and real estate, Jake’s unstoppable energy, creative marketing skill, and savvy business talent will benefit any of his clients. As a recent graduate from Bryant University’s intense MBA program, Jake is the newest member of Mayer Realty Group of Compass.  His innate ability to work with technology and adapt to new platforms has made him an invaluable member of the team as he begins to launch his career.   Norwell native, Jake enjoys spending time with his family, skiing in the mountains during the winter and boating during the short summer months.

Amy Berardi

Amy’s knowledge and expertise within the world of real estate far exceed her credentials. Having been raised in Canton, Amy’s comprehension of her areas of service is unmatched. Along with her hometown, she includes Sharon, Stoughton, Dedham, Mansfield, Walpole, Westwood and the surrounding inner and outer suburbs of Boston to that list. When not dedicating time to her clients, she is spending it with friends and family. With two kids of their own, Ava(15) and Justin (13), Amy and her husband make the most of every moment together as a family. Amy is also a member of the National Charity League with her 15-year-old daughter Ava.
