One of the best examples from the past year was the successful sellout of four brand-new condominiums at 59 Falcon Street in East Boston, led by team member Melissa Novaco.

And let’s be honest: the condo market was not exactly making things easy.

At a time when many condos were sitting and buyers had more choices, Melissa successfully brought all four new construction units across the finish line. That took persistence, market knowledge, strong positioning, creative marketing, and the ability to adjust strategy when the market demanded it.

That is what our team does.
